Kurth Heating and Cooling is looking for a long-term employee for service and installation, with service as the primary job function. Applicants should have the following:

Technical college degree and/or HVAC experience
Excellent driving record
Good communication and organizational skills
Problem-solving capabilities
Team player with a positive attitude
Self-motivated / ambitious
Available to be on-call during scheduled rotation for evenings, weekends, and holidays

Hourly pay is very competitive and based on experience. On-call service technicians also receive a premium when on-call and double-time pay for after-hours calls.
