Q: What can a homeowner check before calling in for service repairs on their furnace or air conditioner?
A: Is the thermostat calling for heat or cool, and set to the proper temperature? Does the thermostat need new batteries (some use batteries)? Has the fuse or breaker been checked? Are you on “Time of Use” service with power company– possibly interrupting the air conditioning? Is the air filter clean? If on L.P. gas or oil, is there fuel?
A: When you call our phone number (715) 723-2211 after business hours, you will hear a recorded message with information and options. For emergency service, you will enter 3 and be transferred directly to the service technician that is on call.
A: We charge a diagnostic fee of $75 to send technician to your home and diagnose the problem. He will quote you a price to repair your equipment which includes both any parts and labor. If service call is after hours, the diagnostic fee is $120. If out of the area – please call for pricing.
A: Payment is due at time of service. You may pay the service technician with cash, check, or Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express charge cards. (You may give charge card information at the time you call in for service).
